Ease of use is one of FUMIRA®’s top priorities in helping customers realize their dream buildings. One of the conveniences FUMIRA® offers is the Roll On Site (ROS) system. The Roll On Site system is a forming method carried out directly at the project location. ROS is commonly used for long-span buildings (over 12 meters) such as factories, warehouses, and similar structures. One project that entrusted FUMIRA®’s Roll On Site system is PT. Dunia Express Transindo (DUNEX).
One of DUNEX’s projects, located in Klari, Karawang, West Java, chose FUMIRA®’s BL-600® roofing profile for part of its roof. This roof type features a boltless installation system, requiring special accessories during installation. Ahmad Fauzi, an engineering staff member on the DUNEX project, explained that they selected the BL-600® profile because it has been trusted in numerous previous projects and meets the required rainfall-resistance specifications. Mr. Ahmad Fauzi added that he is satisfied with the product quality and appreciates the convenience provided by the Roll On Site system: “The roll-on-site process at the location has been very helpful. I am quite satisfied with the materials and the on-site team.”
