Special Capital Region of Jakarta (DKJ) – Living Plaza Cianjur is one of the shopping malls that has recently attracted public attention. In addition to its strategic location, the building’s unconventional form and distinctive color palette have become key visual highlights for the community.
Grady and Anthony, architects and interior designers from MARK Associates, are the creative minds behind the design of Living Plaza Cianjur. They were tasked with creating a building design that could strongly represent the brand identity of Living Plaza, a challenge they approached with careful consideration and creativity.
Located at a major three-way intersection near Tugu Tauco, Living Plaza Cianjur was envisioned as a new landmark for the city. This strategic positioning inspired the architects to adopt a curved architectural form, allowing the building to be easily recognized and appreciated from multiple viewing angles.
After evaluating various material options for the façade, Grady and Anthony ultimately selected FUMIRA Click-330® profiles as the main façade material. This choice was driven by FUMIRA®’s ability to provide a wide range of colors tailored to customer needs. The architects deliberately selected three different shades of green and three different shades of blue to enhance visual appeal and ensure the building remains attractive over time.
Furthermore, the metal-based material of FUMIRA® significantly supports the building’s durability, offering long-lasting performance and strength that is expected to endure for decades.
