Raw Material
The raw material is full hard (unannealed) Cold Rolled Steel Sheet in Coil (CRC), as specified in JIS G3131 and SNI 07-3567 standard and they will be processed to both full hard (unannealed) and soft (annealed) products, depend on the product end usage. The raw material is uncoilde in the Pay Off Reel to be processed as a long strained steel strip along the line.
Horizontal Entry and Delivery Looping Car
The facilities to accumulate the strain of raw material of cold rolled steel strip horizontally at the entry side and supply to the galvanizing process continuously during the welding, to join the previouse to the next steel strip, and to accumulate the galvanized product strain horizontally at the exit side, during the product inspection and cutting, while galvanizing process is continuously running.
Non-Oxydizing Furnace
The process where the raw material of cold rolled steel strip is passed through a set of furnaces to pre-heat and clean its surface from oil and dirt, and anneal in the Non-Oxidizing Furnace (NOF) to get the required mechanical properties, full hard (unannealed) or soft (annealed) and to cool it down to the suitable temperature for hot dip galvanizing process.
Control Room
A place where the entire operation of machineries and processes are controlled and monitored. Among activities, especially, the machineries synchronization, line speed, furnaces temperature, furnace atmosphere condition and zinc bath temperature, are set by computerized system.
Skin Pass
The facility which consist of a pair of rolls (2-High system) with specified roughness where galvanized steel sheet product is rolled by passing it throught them, especially, to increase its surface paintability during the painting and coating.
Product
The product produced is galvanized steel strip in coil, as specified in JIS G3302 and SNI 07-2053 standards. Fumira has developed galvanized steel sheet product which fulfill the commercial, drawing, and structural specification standards. Fumira's brand product called FUMIRAGRIP which describe the excellent zinc coating quality (lock forming quality) of bendability to zero gap thickness without peeled off. The product is recoiled in the Tension Reel to be a coil forms, and cut as customers weight requirement.
